We are aware of an error issue with some versions of Internet Explorer, and are working on a solution.
Please note: This error only occures when attempting to view the product description and information page by clicking on the image
or by clicking on the text description link beside the image. The error states: "Internet Exployer cannot open this page",
then closes the page completely.
Should you wish to make a purchase regardless of this error please following the instructions below:
First: Try refreshing your browser several times - most of the time it works just fine.
Security is not effected because all transactions are conducted on the checkout pages where there are no problems.
A) I would like to make a purchase without additional product information.
1. Please sign-in to your account, if you do not have an account please sign-up today, next
2. Click on the Products link in the menu bar above, next
3. Select the item you wish to purchase by clicking on the "Add to Cart" button and follow the preceedures as normal.
Should you wish to continue shopping for additional items, click on the "Continue" button and
follow the same preceedure as described above.
Be sure that at no time you click on the image or text description link.
4. Once you've selected the items you want click on the "Checkout" button and follow through with the preceedures as normal.
B) I would like to make a purchase with additional product information.
There is really only two option for the moment:
1. Use another computer with a different browser, or
2. Contact customer service with a request for additional information prior to any purchases.
They will be glad to email you with the neccessary information in order for you to make your purchase.
When ready to make a purchase and follow the steps as laid out above "A" until such time as this error is resolved.
